Project Manager

About:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a established small/medium size contractor based in Manchester, who have a robust portfolio of health, education and commercial refurbishment and new build construction projects. They are proud to have a reputation for delivering quality projects, on time and to budget.

The Contract Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of any given projects, to client satisfaction and in accordance with the companies’ policies, procedures, and cultural approach, known as Construction Excellence. You will be working on projects from £100K to £2M in value.

About you:

A proven track record of managing multiple construction projects
Previous experience in refurbishment and new build
Open to travelling on site and to head office
Experience in leadership
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid at work
Good commercial understanding and ability to use Microsoft Excel.
Immediate start available, great opportunity with an established client.
