Installation Manager with window installation- Nottingham

This position reports to the Operations Director. The purpose of the role is to plan, act on all installation activities in order to meet and surpass the company targets for agreed profitability and customer satisfaction. To contribute to the overall strategy and management of the Business requirement.

To ensure all new customers installations are prepared and agreed accordingly to the dates given..

Plan and manage all installation resources (directly and indirectly) to ensure that all agreed profitability targets are met. Current Budget of Approximately £14,000 per team per week) are met by Using the pre booked diaries to their most optimal by scheduling the correct team to the correct installation.

Ensure that the customer Database is maintained and updated on all movement

Ensure all Fitters / Builders / External trades pay/invoices are paid accurately in accordance with the company procedures.

ensure all customers are updated on a regular basis with any changes as they arrive.

Investigate and report all new potential areas of any issues that arise that will/may cause financial disruption the cashflow at any time in the future.

Manage all relevant installation reports, financial information for the installation department.

To Both control and Ensure all Builders are Managed and that all customer sites are prepared and worked in the correct manner as to the company hand book.

Ensure that all reporting and administration procedures relating to installation, Building Work activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

Any such tasks that we may reasonably request in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
