Permanent Site Manager- South East

My client is a progressive construction company delivering high-quality buildings efficiently, safely, and professionally. They are looking for a full time Site Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis to work on a variety of New Build residential projects, they are based in the South East and the next project is based in the South East area.

The duties will include managing the construction process from start to finish. You will ensure health and safety, security and the site’s presentation is maintained at all times. You should be familiar with assisting and updating Asta Powerproject ensuring sub-contractors work within scope, budget and within quality assurance standards. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

As you will managing a team of 20+ you would need to have over 3 years residential site manager and steel frame experience,

Working hours -8-5:30pm Mon-Fri,

Salary- £50-£60k depending on experience,

Start date- Immediate
