Site Manager- Office Fit Out- Essex & Cambridge

Site Supervisor / Site Manager
Our Client are looking to recruit full or part time Construction Supervisor/Managers for our projects based in Essex, London & Cambridge.

Key attributes & must haves are detailed below,

• Design and Build experience.
• CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall accreditation.
• Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality knowledge/understanding.
• Client facing/ sub-contractor facing/ Giving inductions/ daily briefings/ chairing meetings and recording minutes experience.
• Understanding of paperwork review, RAMS review, Permit systems, LOLER, PUWER, PAT Testing registers, COSHH, WAH, S,T& Falls mitigation/prevention.
• Compliance and control measure understanding in alignment with current Building Regulations/Codes of Practice.
• Computer literate, word, excel.
• Firm/ fair managerial approach – calm under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

Salary: £28,381.00-£60,877.00 per year
