Assistant Quantity Surveyor- Joinery Leeds

My client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor based in Leeds.
Straight out of Uni or small experience
Based out of Leeds- site initially, long term may have to go to London occasionally
Looking for recruit immediately. 

Key Responsibilities would be:

•    Working with the Commercial Manager to ensure successful delivery of projects

•    Undertaking tender costing analysis, take-offs and procurement schedules

•    Monthly cost to completes for materials, labour and preliminaries 

•    Monthly valuations

•    Identifying, pricing and negotiating variations

•    Liaising with procurement, Project Team to identify risks and minimise including maximising any opportunities.

•    Attend progress meetings as required.

We’d be looking at a package of £25k + plus package Car or Car allowance.
