Senior QS/ Commercial Manager

SENIOR QS/ COMMERCIAL MANAGER

£55K - £70K (D.O.E)

 

About the company

You will be working for a successful contractor based in Blackburn that specialise in externals, rendering, partitions, SFS, suspended ceilings, drylining, plastering and more. 
 

About the role

As the Commercial Manager/ Senior QS of the business, you will be responsible for: 

  • Commercial management across all projects
  • Production & pricing of BoQ's from drawing & specification
  • Meeting agreed targets
  • Completion of budgets, estimates, procurement & cost/ invoice processing
  • Sub-contract management

 

About you

To be successful in your application, you will have:

  • Quantity Surveying experience within the drylining/ plastering industry ideally, or another subcontractor.
  • BSc Hons or equivalent in related field (non essential)
  • Experience in a trade (non essential)
