Working Site Foreman – Manchester  – Fit Out - £35,000 - £40,000 & Package

 

I am recruiting for a Working Site Foreman for a Manchester based fit out contractor to control Cat A/B fit out projects throughout the North West.

You will come from a trade background and have a proven track record of delivering fit out projects as a Working Foreman previously.

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path.

They have a full order book for the next 18 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth and internal promotions.

 

Projects:

  • Fit out and refurbishments
  • Cat A
  • Cat B
  • Shopfitting
  • Values range from £50,000 - £2,000,000.
  • Regional – North West

 

Individual:

  • Trade background
  • Proven track record of delivering fit out projects up to £2M
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Driving license
  • Contactable references
  • Structured career history

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • £35,000 - £40,000 Base salary dependent on experience
  • Overtime at hourly rate for anything over 40 hours
  • Evening & Weekends available
