Location - Manchester 
Salary - £35-43k plus Van 

My client are a well established fit out and refurbishment client, based in the Salford area, that mainly specialise in the commercial fit out sector. They have multiple blue chip clients that they have built a solid reputation with from producing high end projects. Due to continued growth and more project wins they are looking for a permanent Foreman or fixed term contract, to work with the senior site based management team. This will be a large job in Central Manchester on an 18 month commercial office fit out. 

You must have:

  • Trade background
  • Proven track record of delivering fit out projects up to £2M
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Driving license
  • Contactable references
  • Structured career history
