Project/Contracts Manager

Our client are a specialist interior fit out contractor who are looking for a new Project/Contracts Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will have experience in fast track fit out work. You will be responsible for 3-5 jobs at any one time although not will be on site some will be in tender stages.

Projects could range for £30k - £1m although the average project will be £500k.

You will be experienced to work on projects Nationwide and so would be expected to travel although there is flexibility in your working locations including home working as well as site and office.

If you have experience working on food retail projects this would be preferred but is not essential.
