Freelance Site Manager – Commercial office fit out – Manchester City Centre Projects

My client is a very successful office fit out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard. They are well established and provide their services across all the UK with a heavy focus on the Northwest of England.

Job role 
They require two freelance Site Managers to oversee two separate office fit out projects in Manchester city centre. The projects are full internal fit outs with high end finishes that will run for 12 – 16 weeks.

Experience required
- Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial office fit outs preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required.
- Worked on projects with a value up to £1m
- Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Must be confident in conducting site, client and progress meetings
- Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget
- Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site
- Produce regular and clear progress reports
