Site Manager

Title: Site Supervisor/Manager - Temp to Perm

Project Locations: Northwest / Midlands / Wales

Office Location: Newcastle

Salary: £18p/h – £20p/h (experience depending)

Package: Travel Expenses, Digs

Start: Wednesday 21st August or ASAP after that

Shift Pattern/Hours: 12 on, 2 off (mostly), mixture of days and nights (mostly nights).

My client is a main contractor who specialise in Retail and Commercial fitout Across the UK & Europe. They are currently inundated with work and having to turn down business as they don’t have the teams available to take it in. They have experienced growth year on year and pride themselves in the organic way they’ve achieved it. Due to a great pipeline of work and confirmed projects for the next 8 months they’re currently looking expand the team. Most of their work are fit-outs, refurbs and small works across retail clients such as Primark, M&S, Flannels & Sports Direct.

In this instance, they are looking for a Supervisor to initially join on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible, and oversee projects in Llandudno & Warrington (both Primark's), over the course of 4/5 weeks.

Following this, the select individual, providing they showed a good level of performance on these sites, will be taken on permanently.

Requirements:

  • Willing to travel
  • Joinery or Multi-trade background - not university or labourer
  • Experience in shopfitting in some capacity
  • Experience supervising/managing site staff
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
