They are looking to bring on a small works estimator to join their team.

Job Description:

• You will be working on the building and maintenance team 
• Average job value c£20k 
• You will ideally be getting a minimum of 1 tender out a week and hopefully securing 2 a month 
• You should possess strong sales skills
• You will be working with the helpdesk
• Operating out of the Birmingham office

Salary & Benefits

• £40-45k salary (experience depending)
• Commission structure, TBD
• Car Allowance - 10% of base salary
• Laptop & Phone
• Company pension
• Initial holidays begin at 20 days + bank holidays, but will rise yearly

Two stage interview process. First stage on teams, second stage in person.
