Estimator – Building Maintenance Services

Location: Lincoln

Salary: Up to £60,000

My client is a well-established construction company looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team in Lincoln. Specialising in building maintenance, new builds, and refurbishment projects up to £10m, they serve sectors including housing, retail, education, healthcare, and more.

About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and competitive tenders, managing a variety of construction projects.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
  • Manage tenders (Traditional and Design & Build).
  • Produce bills of quantities and oversee subcontract/material procurement.
  • Conduct risk management and client presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in refurbishment and new build projects.
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015, modern construction methods, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
  • Relevant qualifications (HNC/Diploma/Degree) are advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience managing multiple contracts and procurement.
