Cleaner (Factory Site)

Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Total Hours: 15 hours per week

About the Client

Our client is a well-established commercial cleaning contractor providing professional cleaning services across a range of industrial and commercial sites.

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to work at a factory site in Southampton. This is an ongoing position with consistent weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning of factory and associated areas

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Cleaning communal areas, corridors, and welfare facilities

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times

• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Must hold a valid DBS check

• Must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle (site is not accessible by public transport)

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally within an industrial or commercial environment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Due to the nature of the site, regular drug and alcohol testing will be carried out
